Design Services
If you need a new elevation for a floor plan or you would like to add a room on to an existing plan, or want to have a plan created for how you and your family live - We can provide this! We often provide developers with schematics to present to cities or investors for them to see the concept. From conceptional to final design, we are happy to help you take your ideas and make them into presentation drawings or schematic drawings for approval.
Working drawings- permit sets
Most builders need permit sets to submit for permits to be able to build your project. We take the design you have approved, be it from us or another designer, and create a working set of drawings. This includes floor plans, site plan, roof plan, four elevations, architectural electrical plan and foundation if needed.
Working drawings - construction set
A construction set of drawings just takes a permit set of drawings to another level. It includes the standard plans in the permits set as well as details, both interior and exterior, cabinet drawings, specifications for interiors, sections, and schedules.
Renderings
The easiest way to convey a design is in 3d. We can take your 2d plans and create 3d renderings and animations so you are able to assign materials and colors, walk around as well as inside the home, and see everything as if the home had already been built. We can do this with our designs as well as drawings from other designers.
